I have a csv file - 2-3GB, and I wanna upload it to Tableau Server. To use it as new resources.

@Vladimir Zhuikov Honestly a CSV file that is 2-3GB is not going to give the best experience when someone try's to view you published workbook.
Your best option is build and publish your workbook with a data extract.
Your next best option is to host the CSV file in an online drive for example one drive or Google Drive use the data connectors in Tableau Desktop to connect the CSV file there, and then schedule an extract to pull in the latest data sets when / if the source CSV file is updated
