Starting in November flows from tableau prep that are connected to SharePoint JDBC have failed when running in tableau cloud. When I click edit flow in tableau cloud, I get a lot of errors in the flow however, when I download the flow to tableau prep the errors clear up and there are no errors. My Tableau Prep has been updated to the latest version.
Since there are no errors in prep, I have republished the flows to tableau cloud but when I run the flow it keeps failing. In prep sometimes I have received the error below. But this error does not always come up. Also, we do not use tableau server we use tableau cloud.
Can someone please provide some guidance or a solution for this issue?

Hi, for me, it seems Tableau Cloud is using Tableau Prep 2024.2.0 release. So, my best recommendation is that you start by installing this release, and then try to open your flow. That way, the cloud release and the one you use to build the flows are the same:
