I have purchased two explorer e-learning keys but do not see them in my account. I have been trying to get in touch with customer service to no avail. How do I get some help? I purchased these keys on January 30, 2023 and have no access to them.

Once you have your code, then you can use them in:

https://explorer-elearning.tableau.com
