I have 1 single report with filter prompt Country. Default value is "US". When i download same report in PDF format, Should display with all countries values. In my PDF result report should display Country=US and below related information and Similarly Country=IND and below should be IND related information.
Hello @Govindaraj Ramchetty ,
There really isn't a direct way to do this since Tableau wasn't built to be a "report bursting" tool.
A workaround will be like -
NOTE - In my case I am using Regions instead of Country, you can do similar steps for country.
I am considering only East and West regions, you can same steps for multiple countries.
Step 1. Create 2 worksheets with name 'East Sheet' and 'West Sheet' . In 'East Sheet', the filter for region is set to EAST and WEST in 'West Sheet'.
Step 2. Create 2 Dashboards named East Dash and West Dash. Add 'East Sheet' in East Dash and West Sheet in West Dash.
Step 3 - Create a Story. And add East and West Dash in that story.
Step 4 - While staying on Story sheet. Click on File -> Print to PDF
This is how the PDF would look like -
Each Dashboard will be on a New page.
You only need to set the filter once in every dashboard, once the data is refreshed all you need to do is print the story sheet and boom you get all the region(country in your case) data in one pdf.
