What are the differences and similarities between Tableau and Informatica? Is Tableau a fully ETL tool?

Hi @navodit yadav​ - I have limited experience with Informatica, but Tableau Desktop is a data visualization tool as Adrian mentioned above. Tableau Prep helps to prepare / transform / create data sources into a format(s) that suits visualization and analysis better. To answer your question, I would suggest that while Tableau Prep does do some transformation, I'm not sure I'd call it an ETL tool when comparing it to Informatica. I would suggest that they would complement each other, but not necessarily replace/swap one out for the other. I hope this helps!
