I had been given a Tableau Online site for the Data Visualization courses I teach, for which I am eternally grateful. However, a couple of days ago, the site was suspended locking out over 60 students from their class projects which are due in a few days.

Over the last one month, I have sent numerous renewal requests and multiple emails to tft@tableau.com but haven't heard back. Please get back to me soon. My email add is vlala at pace dot edu.

    Hello @Vishal Lala​ -- It looks like your Tableau Cloud site, Visual Analytics, Fall 2019, has been renewed with a new expiration date of 12/03/2023. Please use this form to request renewal of your site next year. It seems as though the workflow in the email you were sent with the renewal button is broken. I have raised this with the team to remove. Thank you for letting us know!
