After updating to Tableau Server 2022.3 a small amount of users have been running into issues logging into our Tableau Server instance. Users authenticate with SAML using Okta and then are immediately presented with an "Uh oh! Something went Wrong." error message that simply suggests trying again and presents a request ID. I checked the the logs in Okta and I'm not seeing any failures. I tried looking for the authentication logs in Tableau Server as well however, I'm not exactly sure where to find them. I did some digging and apparently 2022.3 can cause some login issues as presented in the article below however, this didn't work for me.
Any help would be appreciated!

I don't know anything more about this. It seems that there were some different underlying reasons, so I can't tell you anything more specific.
