Filter but keep the calculations across all data

Hey Guys,

I have a fun issue...

I want to add this to a dashboard...

But on the dashboard i want to be able to show only ONE service at a time.. (So filter by service)

However - I want the calculations to include ALL the data, and not change to only include that service...

For example, now what happens when i select a service is this:

what i really want is this:
