Index() Function Issue

Hi All,

I am writing and computing on State and used the year(order date) field next to state as arrange in the below image

If you see from index 7 -> Florida is moving up but as per the Context we should get 8 for florida 2015. Its bit strange and I am unable to figure it why it is behaving

null null

Could you guys please throw some light on this
