Changeable Top 5 City without context

Question

Hello,

I want to count customers by their city and I want that the count of customer will change when filtered, I was able to to this with TOP and context filter.

Is it possible to do it without context?

you're correct my mistake, I found my problem. I don't want to use context filter because I wand to use FIXED LOD
