I'm trying to publish two data sources and a workbook to server so I can share my work with teammates, but I'm stuck at site URI.

When I try to publish a new data source to server, the Tableau Server Sign In dialog pops up. I select Tableau Online to connect to. After entering my email address, I'm asked for the site URI. I enter the correct site URI, but when I click on the Continue button, nothing happens. I also try the "Forgot Site" button, which results in an email with a verification code, which generates the same site URI that I had tried above. So at this point, I'm back to square one.

I'm not the only person in my company that experiences this problem in the past several days. I'm unable to publish my work on Tableau Online.

Tableau, help!

    @Donald Tran

    Hi, as you are using a very old software, I recommend you to upgrade to a 2021.x release. I have reproduced your issue in 2020.3 release. So it is very probable a release issue.

    I have tried with 2021.x and newer releases and it works.

    If this post resolves the question, would you be so kind to "Select as Best"?. This will help other users find the same answer/resolution and help community keep track of answered questions. Thank you.
