I want to create a set which I plan on dropping on color. The set should output 3 records: Harry, Steve and Mike. The set should be based on this calculation: {fixed [Season]:MAX([Placement]). When the set is dropped on color only those three records highlight.

Thanks Chris but I need a SET instead of a calculation on color. I tried entering your calculation in the set formula but it only highlights one record. I realize this can be done other ways but I need a set because I plan on using it for other purposes. In the image below Harry and Mike need to be highlighted too. Not sure this can be done in Tableau because no one has been able to figure this out yet.
