I am kinda new to Tableau. Please refer the below snap for detailed explanation of query. Left side in the snap of excel is the dummy replica of the data set I am working on, Right side (OUTPUT REQUIRED IN TABLEAU) is the exact output that i need in tableau. Below that is the arrangement of measures and dimensions in Tableau. Cell H22 indicates the exact issue that I am facing.
Please note that Object Type and Category are Dimensions.

Generally speaking, if you want to customize grand totals, then you will need to write a calculation that conditionally returns different output for the totals. See Customizing Totals to Show Different Values Than Table
I was a little confused by your specific request. When I attempted to rebuild the table with the provided sample data, I'm not getting the same values as you (is that important?)
Also, how is it determined that T3 and T4 shared? Or are they always shared?
