Subscriptions on our AWS hosted Tableau server fail with an SMTP_HOST_UNREACHABLE error. But if I ssh into the Tableau server and run tsm email test-smtp-connection it shows it can connect to the SMTP server just fine. Not sure what else to check.

Kindly execute the below command and let me know the status of the same
tsm configuration set --key svcmonitor.notification.smtp.ssl_enabled --value true
