If you've done anything with Access reports you'll know what I am talking about. If you have seen anything like this will you point me in the direction?
ETA: attaching a twbx although it is not really needed as any data from any table anywhere will work.

One thing to note. To get here you need to uncheck Show Header for all fields on your Row and Column shelf. But with the fields hidden you cannot resize the cell. To resize the cell Show one of the fields, make your change, and then uncheck Show Header.
