Can we create a pivot with all the fields ( dimensions & measures ) available in our data... I am trying to do so but I believe there is a limitation of adding at the most 50 rows/columns in the view..

Yes there is a limit of 50 columns - it is a hard limit - there are a number of solutions in the KB that show how to use index() to scroll through data - but I have a question - is there a reason that you want to create a text table that wide in Tableau? and is there a better way to show the data?
