I have 3 different workbooks but only 2 allow for subscribing. I have followed troubleshooting steps from googling this issue but I cannot find a clear solution. I need to know how subscriptions can be enabled for the workbook sheets/dashboards can be subscribed to.

Hi, in this case take a look if you can download the image of the workbook:
"To receive a subscription, users must have the View and Download Image/PDF permissions. If they use Tableau Server, their accounts must also have email addresses."
