Issue with publishing to server from desktop & Slowing down of server loading

Thanks for reading the post and here goes the problem faced.

Recently upgraded my tableau server and while trying to publish workbook from my tableau desktop to the server, I am faced with the issue of:

But with this error, I am still able to see the workbooks on my server. May I understand what is happening and how can i resolve this? Furthermore, it seems like the server loading time are increasing, any tips on this? Thank you!
