Hi all,
I'm trying to figure out a workflow that would allow me to select some records in a dashboard and change a value on it. The workflows I've seen so far use parameters and sets to do this and I've gotten close but it changes the value for all the records not just the selected ones. How do I get it to change it for just the selected records? I think there is something I need to do in a calculated field but I'm not sure exactly what, anyone have examples of what would go into a calculated field for this?
Unfortunately I can't share the workbook I'm using but if anyone can point me to some examples that would be great.

thanks for the clarification on your issue - depends on how you set up the set action - see the options circled below
if that doesn't solve the problem then you need to post the twbx (it really does help us to see this stuff)
