Hi,
I have a dataset like the following, and I want to make two lines (Target&Actual) in one worksheet.
In this worksheet, when I select Product/Type="All", these two lines will appear. But when one product/type was selected, there will be no target grey line(because there is no product/type value in the dataset.)
I'm wondering can the target line always shown in this worksheet no matter what I choose on product/type filter?(This two filters will only control the actual blue line.)

Thanks a lot Bryce! (I adjusted some values in the original dataset, so they are not always 10%) But If I put the calculation to reference line, it will look like this, not a typical trend line.. And I may not put target and performance value one the same row in the dataset, because I don't have target value for each product...just a general target value..
Also, may I ask some questions about the FIXED you wrote?
I'm wondering can I replace [3.1-ITD-Makedate] with [3.1,3.2,3.3,3.4-Current Year],[Month]？And I used sum instead of max. I tried in my tableau, looks like they have the same result.
Also I tried the add to the context, looks like still the same result.
