We are embarking on a project to migrate a few hundred dashboards to Tableau server. We have a need to include branding icons/images in each dashboard. As these images change over time ideally linked to a master version that means for the next change we do not have to updated each dashboard image.
I know we can use either embed images or URL links on a dashboard. But that assume the images are hosted and access available both for desktop users and tableau server nodes.
Is there the option to host these on Tableau Server itself? Any other suggestions?

Tableau Server doesn't have any kind of 'media bank' which you can use to reference logos or other images (that would be nice... - I looked for it in the Ideas section but couldn't find it)...
Linking the images from an external webserver is probably the best way to do it. You can either use an internal webserver (more secure - important if the images contain sensitive data) - or external (cloud?) webserver/storage (accessible for everyone).
