We have been using tableau desktop, tableau prep and running flows on tableau online without any problems until the end of November '21 when we noticed that some of our flows increased their running times or where unsuccessful to run.
For example, one flow that used to take about 3 minutes to run and finish, now if we are lucky and it can take more than 2 hours, if not, as many other flows it fails returning "An error occurred. Try to run the flow again," message (of course, after 3 hours running).
The flows steps are correct, they used run without problems before, also if we run then locally from tableau Prep they take only a few minutes to run therefore we believe the problem could be in tableau online?.
I was wondering if anyone else has dealt with this problem before, hopefully we can find a way to fix this.

Hi Eduardo,
Can you check the Run history page, Alerts menu, or Log files for a better understanding of the error? We have to identify what's causing the failures first.
