Wrong % for totals and subtotals

Hi,

I am new to Tableau and I was wondering if someone could help me, I'm trying to calculate the %s for a table (attached .twbx)

- The first thing I see is that the bins are not grouping all the rows

- The second thing is that the subtotals and totals for the bins that are grouping the rows are wrong

I checked a few threads in the forum but I ended being more confused about how to fix the percentages

Any help would be appreciated
