I have a worksheet that has 2 dimensions (month and another) in the columns and subtotals for the months. The worksheet also gives me a grand total for all months listed. Is there a way to get the worksheet to show me a "grand total" for each of the dimensions as well?

I assume that you have your Grand Totals and sub-totals selected for the view. Now you should be able to click on each dimension in the view and select if you want it to sub-total at that level within the view.
You might have to "play" with where the sub-total appears to get it at the right level you want but this should help.
