How to display NULL dimension value at last position in Rank

Hi Experts,

I would like to know how we can display a dimension with NULL value at last position even if measure associated with it (amount) have some values..

I wonder if you can create a set...where NULL is basically 'other' then RANK or INDEX starting at [set name].  Then just hide the header.
