Hey everyone,

From my understanding of how relationships work in the new 2020.2, you are able to make relationships between 2 data sources and depending on your setting, all unconnected values in both tables will still remain. When i make a client connection i get all records from both data sets but when i make a relationship on the case level i loose case records. I would expect that i would still be able to see unmatched records from both tables. all setting are set to default for Carnality and referential integrity. Has anyone else seen this happen?

Table 1 (claim provider information data) records not lost.

Table 2( Balance Bill data) records that do not match on claim number are lost.

Well i found what the issue was. Filter "include nulls" will be the death of me. I wish tableau would enable that check box by default. Thanks again for the response!
