I'm having an issue that on a smaller screen (laptop) or on Tableau Online, that I'm losing labels when I add a dimension (here it's called "Code") to a chart. Is there any fix for this?

Click the Label icon in the Marks card and check the box for "Allow labels to overlap other marks". This will always show the label for every mark.
