I am having trouble calculating the Variance % and Difference and displaying it in the visual below.
I want to show the difference between the yellow bar and the red dot, but not sure how to do it. I also created a Variance calculation, but when I try to show it in a table, it is not showing any information (see Sheet 2 in attached workbook)? I don't know if my calculations should be an LOD calculation. If anyone has any suggestion, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!
