Can we merge cells in tableau?

Hi All,

I want to merge two cells in tableau to one like below

for measure value 1 i want to merge b & c in to 1 values for remaining measure values i want to show as numbers without merging

As per my knowledge its not possible , posting if there any find any workaround to do it
