Filter: Measure names merge

Hi,

I'm fairly new to tableau so hoping this is pretty straight forward.

When i filter by Measure Names, is it possible to create 1 option for multiple measures.

Example

I have to select all the measures starting with Oct to see the data below.

What do I need to do, so I can select 1 option called 'October 2016"

and it will pull up all three options.
