Reference Line .. By Measured Names

Hi

I got the requirement to add reference line for each measured names ..

Logic will be to add refernce line to show target

Currently, it shows month to date 32% target But I want to show a target for all 3 measured values differently

How I can achieve this?

target formula will be

mtd = no of invoicing days of month / days passed

qtd = no of invoicing days in quarter /days passed

ytd = no of invoicing days of year /days passed
