I have a URL Action where I am passing in several different URL values. I then publish the dashboard to Tableau Server v9.1. The hyperlink generated in my tooltip seems to work great when you access the dashboard on the server with Chrome but when you view it using IE (v11) it does not open. In fact, when clicking on the link in Chrome it opens up a new window in the browser but in IE it tries to open the link within the Tableau window. Here are my settings for my URL Action.
Has anybody come across this or know how I can get Tableau server to open a new window in IE?

I removed the "" prefix and it works in both Chrome and IE. It opened up a new tab in both.
