I'm new to Tableau and I have an issue that has been driving me crazy. I created a view of metrics for a manager's Team and wanted to apply a heat map to a specific field. After taking forever to figure out how to just apply the heat map to just one column, I now can't figure out how to apply the color to the whole cell instead of just the font, seen here:
