I have made above bar chart and would like to emphasize by changing the colours on left axis, not all of them but only a few items. I can change the colour on bars but don't know how to do it on letters. Please, help!

Sadly, the way to do this is not very straight forward.
What I'd do is to create two different worksheets, one for the names and other for the bars and put them together in the dashboard.
