I have an issue when I publish my dashboard with a default preview. I want to see my dashboard on my phone and tablet and everything is alright except my parameters and filters. The formats change in terms of design, the checkbox selector disappears and they don´t look as when I publish on the cloud. I realized that only when I increase the size of these checkbox the selectors appear, but I don´t want to increase their size.

Hi Diego,
I'm presuming that you are just attempting to use the default phone settings - you need to change them in your design phase to convert them into the format you want, its the same process as any exposed filters on a sheet will auto-populate on a dashboard when you first drag the sheet into it.
The phone settings is just like that initial auto-populate phase on dashboard construction (instead it uses the original dashboard as a reference instead of some initial sheets so its a little more complex upfrong), ergo there's not an easy way around this.
