Is that possible to change the label value in range axis, such 0 = 'A', 10 = 'B', 20 = 'C', 30 = 'D' etc. for self-defined label? If not, should I change the raw data to transform that?
( I am doing the coordinate mapping whereby intend to change "0 to A", "1 to B")

I'm not user how you would have the label display a letter rather than a number.
However, an option might be to Add Reference Line, label it with your letter, and then make the line blank/white/transparent. You'd do this for each desire letter.
