Hello,

I want to know if it is possible to implement Time Period selection by using continuous date in line charts. I have two graphs, one is line chart, another is text table. I set parameter for 'Rolling 4 Weeks'/'Rolling 13 Weeks'/'All Weeks'. When 'Rolling 4 Weeks' is selected, both charts should show 'Rolling 4 Weeks', etc. At present I can only implement the parameter selection by using discrete week(date) on both line graph and text table. I want to know if it is possible to implement the parameter selection with continuous date on line chart? The reason is that it'll have too many dates on line chart by using discrete date on line chart if 'All Weeks' in parameter list is selected. Thank you.

    Hi Dan,

It is not what I want. What I mean is if the Week is changed to Continuous, it looks the parameter selection doesn't work. For example, if I select 'Rolling 4 weeks', it doesn't show the number of 4 Weeks on the bottom. The same situation as other two parameter selections. Please see the picture below.

It has no this issue with discrete date. But the line chart will show too many dates with discrete dates.

I've just checked the line chart actually shows the number of Rolling weeks based on the parameter selection but not show them on the bottom of line chart.

Thank you for helpHi Dan,It is not what I want. What I mean is if the Week is changed to Continuous, it looks the parameter selection doesn't work..
