How to group the percentage of ranking with total number of users?

Hi,

I'm trying to get an user group by their percentage of ranking with total number of users, I already had a Table that calculated the percentile rank and had a Ranking Group to group the users into two groups "Top 50% Users" and "Potential Users", this Ranking Group worked well in this Table sheet, however, when I tried to apply this Ranking Group I created in another sheet "Scatter plot", it didn't work, the circles weren't grouped by color as I wanted. Is there a way to get this corrected? A workbook has been attached for your reference.
