The story telling label is big and I saw the tab highlighted in red when people embedding tableau report in web. Can we have the same buttons to navigate the report in tableau desktop?

Not that I'm aware of. Not Tableau's tabs.
But you can build your own tabs within the dashboard (not above the dashboard).
Attached is an old 8.2 version example of something like that.The example just has buttons to move to the next dashboard(s). You would also create the same to go back and put them on the other dashboards. The example I have here just uses stock shapes that come with Tableau. I have a workbook that uses custom shapes that are the logos for the respective dashboard contents. Once you start with this concept, the options are limitless.
