I meet a problem related to rank

the chart looks like that when there no region involved

But when I drag region to the color, it becomes like that:

This is not what I want, I just want to use region to change the color of the bar, i do not want the the rank is gourd by region, it should as the first chart but the bar with different colors refer different regions

Can any genius help me solve this problem, thanks
