When adding this data set into Tableau, the way it is formatted throws up some unusual things. For instance, I am trying to make some line graphs showing the change in products over time but instead of the data being broken up nicely on the "FoodValue" and "FoodValue%" page it is shown like the images below. I dont quite understand how to format it in a way that makes the data more usable, or how to make sense of the "F1, F2" etc. The same applies to the other excel tabs they are all formatting a bit weird. Not sure if I need to save it as a .csv first or use it as the .xlsx file. Any insight on this would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

    your data source has blank rows in the header

    your data source has blank rows in the header you can start by using the data interpreter and then finish cleaning the data on the data source tab or in Prep
