I have a simple bar chart with one filter at the top where the user makes a selection. When users are accessing it in a mobile browser, they make a selection on the filter, but the filter remains there and doesn't auto-hide. They have to guess where to tap to get it to go away and see the actual graph. I don't see options for this behavior within Tableau, so I'm wondering if it's a server issue or just an unfortunate bug that I'm stuck with. Moving the filter isn't really an option because we figured the best location for it was at the top of the screen due to limited space on a mobile screen. I am using 9.3. Any suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks.
