I am trying to sort the tool tip,dimension in this case, its Item name, the marks section , i need to sort descending .
How is this can be achievable in tableau

In order to sort on that field, it must be a dimension, or you must use some sort of Table Calc (Rank) to achieve your sort. I'm not 100% sure what you're expecting as output, as changing the field from ATTR() to dimension also changes your level of detail for the view.
