Plotting Range of Return (Min Max and Current Return) using Bar or Gantt Charts

Good afternoon.  Learning Tableau and am stuck.

I am trying to plot a 1, 3 and 5 YR return with a Min and Max return range using a bar or gantt chart.  For the most part I got what I wanted but am running into an issue.  I tricked the bar chart to show me a range but that only works when the minimum value is negative (less than zero) (See 1 and 3 year returns but the 5 starts at 0 which it should start at .01).  Gantt chart I get it to work but I don't like the single line visual.  I want the Gantt chart to look like a bar chart.  Anyone have any ideas to help me create a more robust visual where the start and end values are at the min and max points then the return is dropped as a mark on the bar?

See the 1 and 3 year are working as should but the 5 year starts at zero (technically 1 and 3 do too but i tricked it using the same color).  Can I make this a range?  Instead of a start and stop 0 - MAX and MIN - 0?

Gantt chart does it but I want it to ahve the bars like above in the bar chart.  Is that possible?
