Synchronize axis across worksheets, blended data

Hello,

I want to show these two charts on a dashboard as if they are one chart. I learned how to synchronize the axis with a reference line, but there seems to be an issue where my MAX calculation is only looking at the total percentage. But since individual bars in the chart are higher than the total, I can't get the synch to work. I am guessing there is an LOD that needs to happen but I'm struggling to even try that since it is blended data.
