    Hi Mudassar,

You can just blend the data across the two data sources.

    In the workbook you attached:

    1. Go to sheet 9 and right click on the category filter.
    2. Select 'Apply to Worksheets' and 'Selected Worksheets'Hi Mudassar, You can just blend the data across the two data sources. In the workbook you attached:Go to sheet 9 and right click on the category filter.
    3. Select Sheet 8 (Sheet 9 is already selected since that is the sheet that you are adding filters from).pastedImage_4.png
    4. Repeat steps 3 and 4 for the Sub-Category filter.
    5. On the 'Filter Independent' dashboard, make sure the Sub-Category filter is set to 'Only Relevant Values'.pastedImage_5.png

This will allow you to use filters from the desired data source:

I attached the workbook, but you may not be able to open it due to me using a newer version of tableau.

    Hope this helps!
