Hi,
I have bunch of workbooks that I have published on tableau online server to share with clients. I see that for some workbooks the thumbnails are images from the dashboard but then for some they appear blank. I do not know what causes the blank images.
Is there a configuration/property to turn on/off this images?

Hi Zankar,
I had the same problem after we upgraded to new server. My workbooks did not have filters but thumbnails were still blank. I stumbled across this fix, hope it works for you. If you are the owner of the report open the report inside the Tableau Server webpage and click Edit. Then click Save. Now the thumbnails should be visible.
