I'm working in RRHH data for global absenteeism rate and i did few table calculations on measures to get the sum of TGA by City
17,39% is the Columns Grand Totals by default in Tableau ussing "Sum"
TGA is a Calculated Field and i can´t aggregate it again
TGA = (SUM([Horas_Ausentismo])/(AVG([Total Empleados])*SUM([Jornada Laboral ]))) where Jornada Laboral is an LOD expression
What can i do to create a field which result in 17,39%?
