How to colour individual stacked bars?

Hello,

I have a stacked bar chart with three different categories. I would like to differentiate the first bar by applying a different colour to it. That is, I would like the first bar to have three shades of blue, while the rest of the bars have three shades of brown.

I understand that this does not necessarily conform with best visualization practices, but those are the communications guidelines in the organization I work.
