I am installing Tabjolt 2023.2.1 and blocked by an error. Having installed the pre-requisites, the Tabjolt configuration has 3 screens, the last of which asks for TSM connection information. This is where the error message "Unable to log into Tableau Services Manager. Please couble check that the user name and password are correct" is displayed, and so I am keen to ensure that I am clear what it is asking for.
In the screenshot I have attached, the first field asks for 'TSM Login Domain', which seems a strange phrase. I have tried entering https://serverpath:8850. Also tried without the https, and without the port, and various other possibilities.
I have tested that I can login to TSM with the credentials, and I can RDP into the server hosting TSM with the credentials.
Please could someone let me know what worked for them in the 'TSM Login Domain' box?
Thanks

Hi, in this case, the domain is refered to the windows domain (if needed) of the windows admin account on Tableau Server. Normally, I left it blank and just fill the username and password. Some other options to try. I have not tested them, but worths a try:
a. Use domain with backslash and a point for a local admin: \.
b. Use the computer name for a local admin.
c. If using an Active Directory admin, insert the Windows Domain.
If this post resolves the question, would you be so kind to "Select as Best"?. This will help other users find the same answer/resolution and help community keep track of answered questions. Thank you.
